Sami Ullah: "In recent years, the threats to our security image have increased as a result for example of the attack on Miller as well as the threat from IS. Both government and industry safety has increasingly become an issue in the boardroom. Safety security and thus has become an existence requirement for many organizations and companies in order to safeguard the production and delivery of resources and services to customers. This applies to both the physical environment and the cyber environment. "Another trend is that security is often part of a package of facilities that the client wish to purchase.

The sector scan also shows an increase in the external hiring. This applies in particular to part-time commitment. The clients ask the increased threat increasingly demand more flexibility and want to quickly scale up or downscale. Security organizations are responding by increasing their flexible workforce. This flexibility should not be detrimental to the security guard services. The industry works with clients and trade unions for the best way security organizations to fulfill their responsibility as employers, partly supported by the Code of Responsible Market Conduct.
