A woman is dead and four others injured, including two young children, in a three-car crash in Irvine Wednesday night. Irvine police were searching for the driver of a black Mustang who fled the scene.
The crash was reported at about 9 p.m. at Alton and Barranca Parkway.
A white Chevy SUV involved in the crash carried four passengers: one woman was killed, another woman was in critical condition and two children, ages 3 and 6, were in full arrest when they were extricated from the vehicle.
